- “Real” Butter
- Cinnamon optional
- 1 ½ - 2 cups walnuts and pecans
- 1 cube butter1 large butternut squash, peeled and chopped
Sauté Walnuts and Pecans on low-medium in butter – stir to keep coated and mixed – for 10-12minutes (until nuts are softer) – remove from heat and drizzle with honey, cinnamon, stir and eat.
Eat as a snack or put on salads
